Syed Arham Naqvi
I am a BSc student at Ontario Tech University and worked as a summer research assistant in the Affective Data Science Lab under the supervision of Dr. Steven Livingstone. I worked towards developing a tool called Audiomorph, which allows for granular insertion of diverse noise signals into sound files. The world of data and machine learning is incredibly fascinating for me, and I am continuing to investigate ways in which natural language, audio and video can be used to gain insights into human emotion. In my spare time, I enjoy discussions on religion, politics, philosophy and existential inquiry.
